Your health, your potential.
This is us.

We don’t over-complicate it.
We understand the term ‘exercise’ can be intimidating, and confusing, particularly when dealing with a recent diagnosis, injury, or chronic illness.
We are proud to deliver a personal and client-centred approach to health and recovery; delivering simple but effective exercise medicine and rehabilitation programs that align with a clients needs and interests.
Finding enjoyment and meaning is all that’s needed to encourage movement, in any form (exercise doesn’t have to mean going to the gym).
We aren’t interested in fitness trends, or faux-science.
We are strong believers in evidence-based therapy and health advice, and always strive to align our services with latest research and current best-practice.
Our individualised exercise and multidisciplinary lifestyle programs are goal-driven and outcome focused - There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach.
We make time.
Our boutique company will always have the time and resources to effectively care for each individual we welcome to Health Loop.
With senior level industry expertise, and our comprehensive initial consultations, we aim to better understand your health needs right from the beginning.
Taking the time to listen to your story is the most important part.
We encourage independence.
An exercise physiologist specialises in active rehabilitation, health education, behavioural coaching, and lifestyle modification
Our services therefore guide individuals to take control of their own health, recovery, and lifestyle habits through effective education and guided programs
During the initial stages of involvement we will be heavily involved in the rehabilitation phase, however as recovery and knowledge improves, we gradually take a step back and allow individuals to become independent in their program for long term benefits well after our services have finished.

Teagan Zalewski
BSc ES, GradDp EP, AES, AEP, ESSAM
Our Health Loop Managing Director, and Principal Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
With over 10years of clinical industry experience, Teagan is a passionate advocate for informed and client-centred health care. She promotes the positive physical and psychological impact an effective exercise medicine program can play on an individual, their support network, and their health care team.
From humble beginnings growing up in a farming community, Teagan understands the barriers to accessing quality and effective health services due to location and/or socioeconomic status. Through clinical and personal experiences, she can relate to the impact chronic and complex conditions have on not just a client, but their surrounding support network. Therefore, she believes creating an easily accessible allied health service with an approachable and educational element for every individual is hugely important to assist in navigating any injury or illness.
Teagan’s passion lies within the exercise oncology space, and exploring the significant benefit exercise medicine has on an individuals tolerance and response to therapy when implemented correctly alongside cancer treatments. As well as cancer rehabilitation, Teagan also specialises in chronic and complex injury, pain management, and psychological illness. Her clinical practice strongly encourages addressing physical and mental health collaterally with an evidence-based multidisciplinary lifestyle approach. She has worked across multiple allied health and personal injury schemes, including government initiatives and chronic disease management, private practice, workers compensation, and life insurance.
Teagan continues to encourage personalised movement and rehabilitation programs that are enjoyable and meaningful, using behavioural strategies to empower individuals with the tools and education to achieve their optimum health.
